C. Thomas Evans, Jr. joined the Company in 1992. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from October 2025 until June 2026. Since May 2015, he has served as an Executive Vice President, and maintains the positions of Secretary and General Counsel. Previously, he served in several leadership roles for the Company, and was in private practice with the law firm of Winston & Strawn, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation before joining the Company in 1992.
