CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Kemper Corporation announced today
that effective May 31, 2016, Mark A. Green will join the company as
President, Life & Health Division.
Green will be based in Chicago and will report directly to Joseph P.
Lacher, Jr., Kemper’s President and Chief Executive Officer. The
executives who lead the Kemper Home Service Companies and Reserve
National will report directly to Green.

brings extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and leadership
experience working with agent distributions,” said Lacher. “We look
forward to Mark taking the helm at the Life & Health Division and
helping it to achieve its potential.”
Most recently Green was a senior executive with Allstate Corporation,
where he held a series of leadership roles including President—Encompass
Insurance, President—Allstate Dealer Services, President—Ivantage Select
Agency and Senior Vice President—Allstate Financial. In prior roles he
served as Chief Risk Officer and EVP of Corporate Development with AIX
Group, Vice President—Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Vice President of
Chubb Financial Solutions and various roles at Swiss Re.
He is a graduate from Macalester College where he earned his Bachelor of
Arts degree in Communications. He earned his Master of Business
Administration degree from Columbia University.
